Revibe 12-Month Limited Warranty

At Revibe, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. That’s why all our refurbished devices come with a 12-month limited warranty — giving you protection similar to buying a brand-new product.


What’s Covered

Our warranty protects you against:

  • Hardware defects that occur during normal use

  • Software issues that affect your device’s functionality

  • Product discrepancies (if the delivered item is different from what you ordered)

If something covered goes wrong within your warranty period, we’ll either repair your device or replace it, depending on the issue.


What’s Not Covered

To be fully transparent, here are situations where the warranty does not apply:

  • Damage caused by accidents, liquid exposure, force impact, or LCD cracks

  • Any repairs, modifications, or tampering by someone not authorized by Revibe

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use


Accessories

Please note: Accessories provided with your device (such as chargers, cables, earphones, etc.) are not covered under our warranty and are not eligible for return.
Our warranty is designed to focus on your main device, so you can count on us where it matters most.
